FlowTapLite support for circuit cross connect traffic

FlowTapLite sampling of circuit cross connect (CCC) traffic is supported. FlowTapLite is a lighter version of Junos Packet Vision, which lets you capture packet flows on the basis of dynamic filtering criteria. While Junos Packet Vision requires a services PIC, FlowTapLite functionality resides in the Packet Forwarding Engine.
