IPv6 BGP next-hop address in IPv6 and MPLS-IPv6 inline flow record templates

A new element, IPv6 BGP NextHop Address, is available in the IPv6 inline flow record template and the MPLS-IPv6 inline flow record template to add support for IPv6 BGP NextHop information element. The new element is supported on both version 9 and version 10 (IPFIX) export formats. The element ID is 63 and the element size is 16 bytes.
