J-Flow: IPv4/IPv6 template: 'Forwarding class' (32767) information elements

You can send two characters representing the configured forwarding class as part of the sampled packets. The collector can use the forwarding class, along with loss priority, to derive the DSCP bits that the packet would be holding at egress.
