J-Flow: Accurate OIF reporting in flow export record

The Output Interface (OIF) of a flow is captured as a part of the flow export record attributes. This feature supports accurately identifying the outgoing interface of a flow. If the outgoing interface is an AE or ECMP path, it is not possible to accurately report OIF because the device dynamically selects one of the multiple paths based on a hash value derived from the packet header fields.
