Templates for exporting IPv4 and MPLS flow records

The version 9 format allows to define a flow record template suitable for active monitoring of IPv4 traffic, MPLS traffic, or a combination of the two. Templates and the fields included in the template are transmitted to the collector periodically, and the collector need not be aware of the router configuration.
