Reporting of true outgoing interface packets for inline flow monitoring

You can configure inline flow monitoring to report true packets for the outgoing interface. For ECMP (Equal Cost Multiple Path), the actual outgoing interface used for a given flow is the true outgoing interface. To enable true outgoing interface, include the nexthop-learning enable statement at the [set services flow-monitoring (version9 | version-ipfix) template template-name] hierarchy level.
