J-Flow: V9: Configurable source ID

You can configure the observation domain identifier (ID) for version 9 templates. An observation domain ID is locally unique to an exporting process of the IPFIX templates. You can use it to uniquely identify an IPFIX flow. For version 9, a 32-bit value that identifies the observation domain is called the source ID.
