Version 9 flow template support for inline sampling

Junos OS extends version 9 flow template support to inline sampling of IPv4 traffic on MX Series routers with MPCs or MICs. In previous releases, only IPFIX template was supported for inline flow records. Support for version 9 template for IPv4 flows also introduces support for BGP next hop router address in the flow template. The version 9 flow template for IPv4 supports the BGP_IPV4_NEXT_HOP field that contains information about the next hop router in the BGP domain.
