RTP/RTCP drop and forward gate operations

The drop and forward behavior for RTP and Real-Time Control Protocol (RTCP) gates within the same stream has changed. The StreamMode LocalDescriptor property in H.248 messages can be used to change RTP mode without affecting RTCP mode. Therefore, if an RTP gate goes into a drop state, the RTP gate remains in a forward state. To view whether RTP/RTCP gates are in drop or forward mode, issue the show services pgcp flows command.
