Manage PCRF server errors

You can configure the router to reinitialize the PCRF session when triggered by certain PCRF server errors that result in a state mismatch between the server and the router. You can also configure the router to generate an extended session ID that is universally unique by appending a 32-bit session-stamp based on the current UTC time when the router creates the CCR-GX-I.
