Improved Load Balancing for L2TP Data Transit Traffic

L2TP load balancing can occur on a per tunnel basis, or within the same tunnel, on a per session basis, for better distribution of packets. To enable this feature, enable the l2tp-tunnel-session-identifier command in the [edit forwarding-options hash-key family inet] hierarchy.
