Junos OS release supports a new Juniper Networks Diameter AVP, Juniper-State-ID (AVP code 2058). Juniper-State-ID specifies the value assigned to each synchronization cycle for the purpose of identifying which messages to discard. The Juniper-State-ID AVP can be included in Diameter messages and used by supported Diameter applications such as JSRC and PTSP.
