Service activation through dynamic profiles at subscriber and underlying interfaces

Service activation can now dynamically apply a full range of CoS parameters to subscriber and underlying (for example, SVLAN) interfaces through dynamic profiles. Dynamic profiles support the attachment of classifiers, traffic control profiles, scheduler maps, and rewrite rules at the [dynamic-profiles profile-name class-of-service interfaces interface-name unit logical-unit-number] hierarchy level.
