Configuring connection speeds on the LAC

One can configure the resource used by the LAC to determine the setting for the speed of the connection from the LAC to the LNS (transmit speed) and of the connection from the LNS to the LAC (receive speed). The LAC sends the speeds to theLNS in Incoming-Call-Connected (ICCN) messages; the transmit speed is conveyed by AVP 24 and the receive speed by AVP 38.
