Subscriber Services: Enhancement to line cards for broadband edge

We've enhanced the line cards on the MX10003 to significantly improve the calls per second (CPS) for subscriber services. These are the enhancements to the line cards:

• Four 2.4-GHz Rangley CPUs
• Improved clock rate for the external DRAM
