You can improve network monitoring and analysis with Layer 2 dynamic overhead accounting for YT and ZT-based cards. This enhancement addresses the previous default behavior of not accounting for Layer 2 overhead in input and output statistics of physical and logical interfaces. You can now configure subscriber statistics to include the Layer 2 overhead size, which includes header and trailer bytes for both ingress and egress interfaces. This improvement ensures accurate tracking of Layer 2 overhead in input and output statistics.
