Subscriber Services: BBE statistics collection & management process

BBE statistics collection and management process, bbe-statsd, is introduced to take advantage of high-performance Routing Engines to increase the frequency of statistics collection and improve statistics processing in highly scaled environments. The bbe-stats-service option of the restart command restarts this statistics process. Collect subscriber and service statistics with the actual-transit-statistics statement. If you do not configure this statement, subscriber statistics are not collected.
