Configuring dynamic VLAN subscriber interfaces using agent-circuit-identifier information

Enables to configure dynamic VLAN subscriber interfaces for DHCP and PPPoE subscribers based on agent-circuit-identifier information. To use this feature, one must configure the dynamic VLAN subscriber interfaces on MPC/MIC modules that face the access side of the network in an MX Series router.
