Use Predefined Variables and RADIUS VSAs for Interface and Interface Set Targeted Distribution

When an interface or an interface set is targeted for distribution on aggregated Ethernet member links, Juniper Networks predefined variables can source the weight value from the RADIUS Access-Accept message on a per-subscriber basis, or from Diameter AVPs during NASREQ processing. This is an alternative to explicitly configuring weights in the dynamic profile. $junos-interface-target-weight corresponds to Juniper Networks VSA 26-214 (Diameter AVP 214), Interface-Targeting-Weight. $junos-interface-set-target-weight corresponds to Juniper Networks VSA 26-213 (Diameter AVP 213), Interface-Set-Targeting-Weight.
