System master password: Encryption for configuration secrets

Routers support strong encryption for configuration secrets. To use strong encryption for your configuration secrets, you need to configure a master password. The master password enables you to derive an encryption key that you use with the AES256-GCM standard to encrypt configuration secrets. This new encryption method uses the $8$ formatted strings.
