PHY timestamping for grandmaster clock

Junos OS supports timestamping at the physical layer, also known as PHY timestamping, for the grandmaster clock. To enable PHY timestamping, configure clock mode (ordinary clock, boundary clock, or grandmaster clock) along with the transparent-clock statement at the [edit protocols ptp] hierarchy level.
