EVPN-MPLS: Exclusion List for MAC Pinning

You can create a list of MAC addresses that are excluded from pinning. While MAC pinning is configured on the interface, the exclusion list is configured for the device. The excluded MAC addresses can then be relearned on other interfaces in the EVPN network.
