Dynamic virtual private network enhancement - Grouping of users

The duplication of the list of users configured under the [dynamic vpn] hierarchy and under the [access] hierarchy has been removed, and the configuration of DVPN users and the association of the users with client VPN has been simplified. Users are now grouped under the [access] hierarchy alone. A reference from security dynamic VPN to the configured user group under [access] hierarchy still needs to be configured under [security dynamic?vpn] hierarchy so that you can associate a user with a client configuration.
