Dynamic virtual private network enhancement - IKE and IPsec configuration validation

There is no restriction on the set of IKE and IPsec parameters needed. IKE and IPsec configuration validation is done through commit checks. A commit time check is performed by the httpd?gk to verify if all IKE and IPsec parameters needed for DYPN are correctly configured. If the configuration is invalid for IKE or IPsec, the commit fails and an error message is displayed.
