Redundant virtual tunnels

In multicast Layer 3 VPNs, virtual tunnel (VT) interfaces are needed to facilitate virtual routing and forwarding (VRF) table lookup based on MPLS labels. Support for redundant VTs at the Packet Forwarding Engine level is provided to improve resiliency in delivering multicast traffic.
