Synchronous Ethernet clock synchronization

Synchronous Ethernet clock synchronization is supported. This feature enables the selection of the best timing source based upon the Synchronization Status Message (SSM) TLV carried in the Ethernet Synchronization Message Channel (ESMC), specified in ITU-T G.8264. This selection process is used when primary and secondary clock sources are not already configured by the user.
