Subscriber Services: Pseudowire headend termination - RTL: Single link targeting & minimum active links

You can configure a minimum number of active links on a Redundant Logical Tunnel (RLT) interface. When the number of up logical tunnel links in the RLT drop below the configured minimum, the RLT will go down. Pseudowire interfaces stacked on the same RLT will also go down. When you configure single link targeting, all subscribers using the RLT will be terminated when the targeted logical tunnel link goes down.
