BMP debugging

Use this feature to help collect root cause data when tracing BGP connectivity issues. This feature includes the in-memory-profile CLI statement, which you can use to collect time-series data, and the keep-advertisement-state CLI statement, which you can use to save advertisement state information. Both statements are available from the [edit routing-options bmp] hierarchy level.
