PowerMode IPsec

PowerMode IPsec (PMI) is a mode of operation that provides IPsec performance improvements using Vector Packet Processing and Intel Advanced Encryption Standard New Instructions (AES-NI). PMI utilizes a small software block inside the Packet Forwarding Engine that bypasses flow processing and utilizes the AES-NI instruction set for optimized performance of IPsec processing. Use the set security flow power-mode-ipsec command to enable PMI processing.
