IP-IP tunnel configuration enhancements

When you configure an IP tunnel (ip-x/y/z) on the listed devices at the [edit interfaces interface-name unit unit-number tunnel] hierarchy level, you can also configure: 

•  Interface for tunnel source 
•  Hostname for tunnel source 
•  Hostname for tunnel destination 
•  Tunnel encapsulation type
