Deterministic Load Balancing for Static Routes

This feature enables the load-balancing algorithm to direct traffic to the same link based on match conditions. The feature is supported for static routes where different next hops are used to distribute traffic. To enable this feature, configure the order option and associate it to a set of static routes (next hops). The order should be maintained in both directions.
