BGP Optimal Route Reflection (BGP-ORR) ORR Policy

IGP-based Optimal Route Reflection (ORR) enables a route reflector (RR) to select the best path to advertise to clients from the clients' IGP perspective. However, sometimes you need to override the path selection. To override the path selection, operators can configure a policy (the ORR policy) to select which path to advertise to which peer; that is, the ORR policy helps select which paths to advertise.
