You can configure EVPN (MAC-VRF) with no-mac-learning. You can disable MAC learning at the following levels: - Global (protocols l2-learning global-no-mac-learning) - Routing instance (switch-options) - Interface (routing-instances switch-options interface) - Bridge domain (routing-instances vlans switch-options interface)
