Multicast and monitoring support for MLD and IGMP

We provide enhanced support for centralized multicast services, dynamic profile configuration, and policy statements for multicast services. 

Centralized Multicast Service: This service functions with various access models, including DHCP and PPPoE. Multicast services are activated during subscriber login or change of authorization (CoA). The includes support for: 

• Static multicast groups: Gateway Management Protocol (GMPv2) and Multicast Listener Discovery (MLDv1). 
• Dynamic multicast groups: IGMPv2, IGMPv3, MLDv1, and MLDv2.

Dynamic Profile Configuration: You can configure dynamic profiles on customer premises equipment (CPE) and propagate these profiles to the user-plane (UP) during multicast service activation. You perform this configuration to ensure that multicast policies and settings are consistently applied. 

Policy Statements for Multicast Service: Policy statements define how multicast traffic is handled. These policies include:

• Group Policies: Define which multicast groups are accepted or rejected.
• SSM Map Policies: Specify Source-Specific Multicast (SSM) mappings.
• Outbound Interfaces Map Policies: Define the outbound interfaces for multicast traffic.

Monitoring CLI Commands: The following CLI commands manage and monitor multicast services and provide insights into IGMP and MLD interfaces, group memberships, and statistics:
