Inline monitoring services: Hardware-based IPFIX export

For platforms that support the BX ASIC, we support hardware-based inline monitoring and export of IPFIX data to a single collector. The BX ASIC is part of the Packet Forwarding Engine. Both Packet Forwarding Engines must be running in BX-v2 mode to use this feature; not only the Packet Forwarding Engine that samples the traffic and prepends the IPFIX metadata but also the Packet Forwarding Engine that encapsulates the IPFIX header and exports the data.

To configure this feature, include the export-by-asic statement at the [edit services inline-monitoring instance ] hierarchy level.
