PPPoE family configuration on a physical interface

When you configure PPPoE encapsulation on a physical interface, the interface supports only PPPoE because the PPPoE encapsulation cannot support other protocol families. To enable the interface to support multiple protocol families, configure a new PPPoE family, such as IPv4 or IPv6.
