PTP hold over time interval

In an assisted partial timing support (APTS) setup, when both GNSS and the PTP time references are lost or inactive, the internal clock oscillator can provide synchronization. You can now set the required duration for synchronization with the newly introduced command [set protocols ptp holdover-in-spec-duration]. This functionality is enabled by default with a duration of 240 minutes.
