Unmatched VLAN traffic support

You can configure an interface to accept packets that are untagged or have a VLAN ID other than the VLAN IDs configured on the other interfaces on a port. The interface would support bridging, VPLS, and CCC encapsulation.

If native VLAN ID is configured on the interface, that configuration would take precedence over the unmatched configuration; the untagged packets would be accepted by the interface that has the native VLAN ID configured.
