Security log support for HTTP/2

We've enhanced HTTP/2 session logging by introducing dedicated log types for stream sessions, eliminating the need to parse the session-type field and preventing incorrect session counts. The system generates RT_FLOW_STREAM_* logs for stream sessions while retaining RT_FLOW_SESSION_* logs for connection sessions.

This feature improves metric accuracy by using HTTP/2 frame size for byte counters and replaces packet counters with frame counters.
