Subscriber address preservation

We provide address preservation support for all IPv4 and IPv6 addresses. You can use this feature to save subscriber IP addresses when the subscriber logs out and restore them when the subscriber logs in again. Use the following configuration statements and operational commands to manage this feature:

• address-preservation statement to enable preservation of subscriber IP addresses
• aging-time statement to configure the duration for holding preserved addresses
• show network-access address-assignment preserved command to view the preserved address table
• clear network-access address-assignment preserved key all command to delete the preserved addresses
