Stateless flow latency monitoring

Monitors packet residence time (travel time from input interface to output interface) on the switch and mirrors packets whose latency falls within the residence-time range that you define. Matching packets are exported in IPFIX format with latency and flow metadata to an external collector for analysis, without maintaining per-flow state or impacting forwarding. Stateless flow latency monitoring mirrors all packets in the configured range to the collector.
