Full-length SNMP engine ID configuration

Use this feature to configure the complete SNMPv3 local engine ID as a hexadecimal string. When configured, the SNMP agent stores and uses the exact value without adding the RFC 3411 enterprise prefix or any other prefix. This capability is available on platforms that run Junos OS Evolved. 

Benefits include:

• Enables exact engine ID alignment with external manager expectations and multi-vendor deployments.
• Simplifies migration from systems that use explicitly assigned engine IDs.
• Avoids operational confusion caused by automatic prefixing and differing default engine ID sources.

Use the [set snmp engine-id unique-id] command to configure this feature.
