Suppress MPLS S=0 clone routes and associated next-hop entries

The RPD (Routing Protocol Deamon) routing process ceases transmission of the MPLS S=0 clone routes and their associated next-hop entries, by default. This default configuration applies to LDP, RSVP, BGP, segment routing with IS-IS (SR IS-IS), segment routing traffic engineering (SR-TE), static LSPs, express segments, and route express services. 

This default behavior of rpd prevents these routes from being pushed to the Packet Forwarding Engine, optimizing resource usage. Use the show route table mpls.0 and show route forwarding-table family mpls commands to check for MPLS S=0 clone routes in the routing and forwarding tables.
