Ability to configure LTE interface with IPv4-only mode

The ip-version option has been added to the create-profile configuration to enable you to specify the IP version for an LTE profile. The supported ip-version values include: ipv4, ipv6, and ipv4v6. For example, if you specify ip-version ipv4 in the request modem wireless create-profile command, when a modem uses this profile it will operate only in IPv4 mode. request modem wireless create-profile profile-id 1 cl-0/1/0 slot 1 access-point-name www ip-version ip-version ipv4
