Description
In a Tx-Plus routing matrix, the fiber-optic cable between each Switch Interface Board in a T1600 routing node (called a ST-SIB-L) must connect to a specific SIB port on the TX-Plus Matrix platform (called a F13SIB). The cable connected at the indicated F13SIB had the indicated error.
