CFM triggered Node/Link protection for P2P LSP

This feature introduces connectivity fault management (CFM)-triggered node/link protection for point-to-point (P2P) RSVP-TE LSPs. When the state of a CFM session associated with the primary interface changes, the traffic is redirected over a preinstalled backup next hop without waiting for the primary interface to go down.
