CFM for MIP in an EVPN with ETREE and ELAN Services and up MEP in EVPN with ETREE services

Junos OS supports maintenance association intermediate point (MIP) in an EVPN with ELAN and EVPN ETREE services and connectivity fault management (CFM) up maintenance association end points (MEPs) on attachment circuits (ACs) in an EVPN with ETREE services. This feature also supports Ethernet loopback and Ethernet linktrace for a MEP and delay measurement and synthetic loss measurement for performance monitoring between two MEPs. Monitoring is only supported between a leaf and root node or between two root nodes in an EVPN with ETREE services.
