RPM: HTTP get probe (IPv4)

You can use an HTTP probe to measure the round-trip time (RTT) between two endpoints. The probe sends an HTTP GET request using HTTP/1.1. The server side of the HTTP probe is not supported; it can be any webserver that supports HTTP/1.1.
